We aim to ship all items within 3-5 working days, depending on demand and stock availability. We use an automatic system to email you when your order is dispatched. We use Royal Mail & courier services for our UK delivery, this is to enable us to deliver our customers orders as quickly as possible. Delivery to the UK is by Royal Mail, TNT (or other couriers), items will be delivered within 72 hours of dispatch. Delivery to the rest of the world is by Air Mail. Delivery takes between 4 and 10 days.
You can pay by credit or debit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard (and all types of cards carrying their logotypes).
We operate strictly to the guidelines set out by the Distance Selling Regulations, whereby a consumer has an unconditional right to cancel their order up to seven days of receipt of goods. A decision to cancel an order must be made in writing. In the case of change of mind, we shall refund in full the cost of the goods, but not the shipping costs incurred for delivery and return of the goods.
Any returned goods must be sent to SunBand, 27 Acfold Road,West Midlands,B20 1HD. A brief note must be enclosed with the goods explaining the reason for return as well as the consumer’s contact details. Upon safe receipt of undamaged goods, a refund will be processed immediately via the original means of payment, eg a credit card payment will be refunded back to the same credit card.
The consumer has the responsibility to ensure that returned goods are in the original packaging, any goods returned and sustaining damage in transit will not be refunded in full if not packaged in the original packaging.
Please note we will not refund any monies to customers who have managed to get there UV SunBand monitor wet, as this decrease the function and life span of the product as its not water proof.(As stated on packaging and product page.)
