The UV Sunband is great way to help you detect how much harmful UV rays your skin is being exposed to. Once out in the sun the Sunband will change colour depending on the strength of the UV levels. The Sunband will change through four different shades (light to dark) reflecting on the intensity of the UV levels detected letting you know what precautions to take.
This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin to the sun may increase the risk of premature skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin, even if no sunburn occurs. The use of a UV warning Sunband combined with limiting sun exposure, wearing protective clothing, and using sunscreens may reduce the risks of sun exposure. Such protective measures cannot eliminate these risks altogether.
